Jane Eyre (awalnya diterbitkan dengan judul Jane Eyre: An Autobiography ) adalah novel karya penulis Inggris, Charlotte Brontë. Novel ini diterbitkan pada tanggal 16 Oktober 1847 oleh Smith, Elderberry & Co. di London, Inggris, dengan nama pena "Currer Bell." Edisi pertama Amerika diterbitkan setahun kemudian oleh Harper & Brothers di New York.
Bergenre bildungsroman, Jane Eyre mengisahkan tentang emosi dan pengalaman dari seorang karakter eponim, termasuk pertumbuhannya menuju masa dewasa, dan cintanya pada seorang bangsawan dari kota fiksi Thornfield Hall bernama Mr. Rochester.[1] Fokus novel ini adalah pengungkapan sensibilitas dan moral Jane, beserta semua peristiwa yang mewarnainya.[2] Jane Eyre juga memuat unsur-unsur seperti kritik sosial, diskriminasi kelas, seksualitas, dan proto-feminisme.[3]
Novel ini telah di adaptasi ke dalam sejumlah media populer termasuk film, televisi, dan teater. Jane Eyre juga dikatakan menjadi pusat penafsiran dan penulisan bagi beberapa karya dalam sastra Inggris dan Amerika Serikat, misalnya novel Wide Sargasso Body of water.
